This workshop is designed to introduce you to the broad theoretical underpinnings of Integral Theory. The Integral philosophy, developed by Ken Wilber, can be used in many different contexts to provide a structural tool for analysis and growth. You will be exploring this theory through some direct practical applications in your own life, so that you feel confident using the theories after the session. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has just discovered Integral and wants to know more, or if you recently joined BIS or a local Integral discussion group, as it will give you a crash course in the tools of Integral.
Jen Haynes is an experienced presenter and has been an Integral Educator for over 15 years. Jen has been instrumental in developing a primary education model at BIS, with Integral at the heart. Integral is the basis of the process of learning at BIS and a powerful tool to understand ourselves. This workshop explains the core of our BIS processes of learning, and will give you a solid grounding for further sessions on Integral Theory.
The Integral model has been used successfully across many sectors, and Jen is passionate about its use as a tool to support both individuals and the systems in which they grow. The content covered can have impact beyond classrooms and homes, with Integral Theory now a major component of cutting edge business strategies, as described in Everyone Culture and Reinventing Organisations.
